Earth has always been home to the human race—the only race capable of enhanced cognition and reasoning—the only race, at least to our knowledge. What lurks in the shadows is a history that has been swept under the rug for centuries, and a fear that is about to make its grand reappearance.

In a world hidden deep amidst the Amazon Rainforest lies a civilization of lost connections to the human race. ANIMUTANT is a story about four teenagers of an ancient, animal-human species who are suddenly destined to save their world from disaster. After their people go missing and their families taken, they must embark on a journey that ends up revealing to them the truth of what they are, who they are, and what danger is bound to come.
